No, no, no! Blue signs are mandatory. You are not allowed to walk there, you have to walk there. Same goes for the bicycles. If you ride your bike and you see a round, blue sign with a bicycle on it, you have to use that path, you aren't supposed to decide to use the street instead. Blue signs don't indicate a choice.

There are so many formal mistakes and inaccuracies in her explanations and translations, that it hurts me. She is just a nut, don't listen to her.

First sign and she misses important information. Baustelle is not only a warning of trhe construction site it also is a speed limit of 30 km/h within the city limits. Parkschein: she used the wrong vocabulary here. Parkschein is the ticket you get when you pay for parking but the sign she is showing says you can park 1 hour for free. You need a Parkscheibe for this. A little blue rectangle with clok that you can set on the next half hour of your arrival. Easy to believe that she got many tickets for parking. ^^ Blue signs for pedestrians or bikes also mean it is mandatory. Bicycles have to drive there and not on the street. But cyclist do not follow the rules often.

Yes, this woman really confused me. Minced meat tastes damn good, and if there are one or two people who don't like it, then so be it, there are also plenty of people who hate sushi.
